Amelia Pearl Velvet Ribbon Headpiece

This dreamy headpiece is inspired by Samantha Rei, queen of headbands. It features a row of large warm-white 3d pearl rivets on a black pvc base with plush double-faced black velvet ribbon bows on each side. Secures to the head with black elastic, which makes it both easy and comfortable to wear.

Velvet ribbon is imported from Japan.

Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.
