When ordering, I may require certain measurements from you in order to complete the order. This is usually only for full-size hats. Measure around your head at the widest point, about an inch above your eyebrows.

Because all hats are custom made to your specifications, we will need to have a consultation prior. This can be as simple as a quick email, an in-person consultation (for people in the Seattle area), or as in-depth as a trip to find the perfect ribbon together. Consultations and quotes are ALWAYS free of charge. Additionally, you can give me as little or as much direction as you wish. Hunting down the perfect silk gardenia or shade of ribbon is my specialty!

One I receive your order, it will generally take 3-4 weeks to complete and ship out, but turnaround times will vary depending on the season. Rush orders are generally not available as I simply do not have time to complete things any faster, but it never hurts to ask! If the turnaround time changes, I will make a note of it on the main shop page. The busiest season is around Halloween, so keep that in mind when ordering.
