I will ship anywhere in the world, but I require ALL packages to be sent insured and with tracking. Sometimes this can get expensive. Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping is additional to the item quote.
Items will all ship via USPS Priority Mail unless you have a different preference. International packages will be sent via Priority or Express/EMS.
If you have any questions, if you need your item by a specific date, if you require a different method of shipping, or have any other special requests, please contact me before you place an order! Otherwise I may not be able to meet your requests.
I will accept returns and refunds if there is a serious problem with your item, such as a problem with construction or made a mistake on my end (made it in the wrong fabric or color, etc). If it arrives damaged, let me know, because that is why packages are shipped insured. I won't accept a return for something that doesn't fit correctly if your measurements were inaccurate, for something that you decide doesn't suit you, or something you decide you no longer want. However, I'm always willing to work with you to fix any problem because I want you to be happy and LOVE your Apatico item! If a return/refund is issued, the item must be unworn ("just tried on" condition is fine!)
