Anna Buckle Choker Collar

Classic, minimal collar design in pastel periwinkle blue matte finish jelly PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckle. Wear with buckle in front or back.

Collar is 3/4" wide.

Chose from gold or silver toned nickel coated steel hardware.

Unlike all the other PVC I work with, do not use alcohol to clean, as it will ruin the matte finish.
