Harness Panda Ears Headpiece

High quality, adorable panda ears harness headpiece made in thick black and white PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back of head and under chin. 

Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.

Chin strap/buckle is removable (snaps on and off with a heavy duty snap).

SMALL/MEDIUM fits 20-23" head size.
MEDIUM/LARGE fits 23-26" head size.
