Magical, color-shifting iridescent collar style choker made in thick PVC. Holographic, iridescent pvc is layered over clear. Fit is adjustable with buckle. Similar to the Holographic Choker Collar, only 1" wide instead of 1.5".
Collar is 1" wide.
