Extra Opalescent Choker Collar

Magical, color-shifting iridescent oversized choker collar made in thick PVC. Holographic, iridescent pvc is layered over white.  Fit is adjustable with two buckles in back.  Large o-ring hardware in front.

Collar is 2" wide with a 2" o-ring.

Note:  Because of the hardware, this collar is heavier than most.
