As seen in Teen Vogue June/July 2016 issue, now available with holographic iridescent PVC! This magical color shifting vinyl is layered over clear.

Three decorative bondage o-rings in front.

Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware.

Collar is 1.5" wide.

Shown in Pure Iridescent and Green Holographic. Pink, Blue and Green all have a colorful backing to pump up the color, while pure iridescent is just dichroic rainbow on a clear backing.
