Colorful harness made in bright blue PVC.  Fit is adjustable with buckles and straps. Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware.

Collar is detachable and can be worn separately, making this a very versatile piece. Buckles at either side of waist. 

This piece adds the perfect pop of color to any outfit!
