With the exception of "ready to ship" items, every single item is handmade to order. If a specific deadline needs to be met or items need to arrive before Christmas, please leave a note at checkout, but Christmas deadlines are NOT guaranteed for made-to-order items. No design modifications on any sale items (but absolutely YES to custom sizing - please make sure to include your measurements in the notes at checkout or send them in promptly after placing your order to avoid extra delays).
