Holographic O Ring Choker Collar

Magical, playful choker collar made in thick PVC. Holographic, iridescent PVC is layered over clear.  Large but delicate 3" o-ring detail in front.  Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.  Fit is adjustable with buckle.

Collar is 1.5" wide.
