Shipping and Processing Updates

11/27/2025 Black Weekend Sale 2025 begins 12am PST on November 28 2025 and runs through 11:59PM PST on November 30 2025. The sale will be 30% off all purchases over $20 USD. Please be aware - every single item is handmade to order by myself. I am one human, and I am doing my best to create and fill orders as swiftly as possible. That said, please expect long wait times for some orders (especially larger multi-item orders and orders with custom sizing.

On a personal note, my family is dealing with a lot of death and illness this year. My mother passed away suddenly in April. My uncle had a debilitating stroke. My sister and I have taken on the role of caregiving for my 95 year-old grandmother. Family is pulling me in many unexpected and new directions this year, with lots of sadness, so there is a lot on my plate as the eldest sibling. I am doing my best to respond to everything quickly and create and ship orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. I appreciate every order, every kind word, and I've cried many times over sweet comments and the grace given to me this year. Thank you so, so much.

Tariffs: I haven't even had time to re-evaluate my prices. Some supplies have gone up. I've eaten the costs. Fortunately I've been very strategic with my suppliers, I buy in large quantities, and have only had to switch a couple of things out here and there (one supplier of ribbon in Japan discontinued a few colors). Instead of raising prices on what I make, I scaled back some of my packaging. There are a few styles I'm going to discontinue, but mostly because I don't enjoy making them anymore. I'll offer one last hurrah for them during the sale!

 

03/29/2025 Orders to the EU are currently paused. UK orders are still processed through Etsy. I am actively working to make all updates to my website and obtain an Authorized Representative so I can resume sales to the EU.

11/26/2024 Sales to the EU will be unavailable as of 12/13/2024 due to the new GPSR requirements. Hopefully this is temporary while I figure out how to be complient with the new regulations. 

9/6/2024 Turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Preorder items turnaround times are 4-6 weeks. Riot Redux presales are estimated to ship out in late September to mid-October, to arrive before Halloween.

11/23/2023 Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, processing times are much longer. Every item is "made to order" with the exception of "ready to ship" items and is made by one human. I work as quickly as I can, but patience is much appreciated! Holiday shipping deadlines are not gaurenteed, so please take this into consideration when placing orders. I offer gift cards as well! Thank you so much!

08/01/2023 Turnaround time is currently approximately 2-4 weeks for most new orders. Multiple item orders will take longer, so if you have specific deadlines please include them in the order notes. A few select individual styles do have longer processing times, which will be noted in the item description. Please allow for a few days for email responses. Thank you!

07/22/2022 Processing times are running 2-8 weeks. Please allow a few days for responses back from emails. Shipping throughout the world is still variable due to the pandemic, so please be patient if there are shipping delays. Thank you!

1/30/2022 I am still working through some Black Friday sale orders. A lot of people don't realize this, but I make every single item ordered by myself, as it is ordered. I maintain the website, do my own photography, and do pretty much everything except answer emails which is done by the amazing Katrina. I have the 40% sale every year because I want to be more accessible to people, but this year the response to that sale was far greater than I ever anticipated. Even with working every day for 12+ hours the past two months, I still have about 70 orders to finish. If you are still waiting, I appreciate your patience more than I can say. I'm moving through them as quickly as I can. 

I normally have an approximate 2-3 week processing time per item, but this has really thrown all that out of whack. It's both good and bad that this has outgrown my abilities. Good because that means folks like what I make, bad because in the process folks are waiting and I'm working myself to the bone. During the Black Friday Sale alone, I sold nearly 500 items. I looked at that number and thought I could do it all just fine - and I can. It's just taking much longer than I expected which is unfair to you all.

To self-regulate I have closed the shop portion of my website for a few weeks. This way I can finish outstanding orders and make a plan for moving forward. Ideally I would like to hire production help, but c o v i d and o m i c r o n has halted those plans. So for now, it's just me and these hands.

11/30/2021 Due to high order volume, orders placed during the Black Weekend Sale will take a longer to make and process than the quoted turnaround times of 2-4 weeks. For multiple item orders expect up to 12 weeks. Every item is handmade to order. Christmas deadlines are NOT guaranteed because of the delays and unpredictability due to Covid-19. Thank you so much for your support! 

11/24/2021 Because of the very high volume of orders placed during the sale, ongoing and unpredictable postal delays, and the fact that every item is handmade to order, I cannot guarantee any orders to arrive before Christmas. If you are buying items as Christmas gifts, please include this information in the order notes and I will do my best to make it happen, but it might not be possible - especially with larger orders. I do sell Gift Certificates though, which make great gifts and are a great way to shop small without worrying about an item arriving in the mail in time!

Please expect delays into Australia due to widespread Covid lockdowns and limited outbound flights from the USA. I am still shipping to Australia, but please be aware of this before placing your orders.

I am NOT yet collecting EU VAT on orders which means orders to the EU will still have additional fees upon arrival to your country. I am still accepting orders to the EU but be aware of the extra fees before purchasing. Your patience is appreciated while I navigate these changes.

Website sales to UK customers are currently on hold due to new regulations as a result of Brexit.

In the meantime, UK customers can shop via the Apatico Etsy shop. If you don't see the item you're looking for on there, a custom listing can be created for you. I will be working to mirror website items on Etsy to make it as smooth as possible for international customers. I am grateful and appreciate you so much!

Klarna and Shop Pay Installments are now available at checkout! If you prefer to split up your payments over time, now you can!

Please be aware that there are currently still delays with order production and delays with the United States Postal Service. Your patience is appreciated. When your order ships, keep an eye on the tracking (especially international customers!)
