Shipping policy

Every item is individually handmade to order by one at the time the order is placed. The length of time it takes me to complete each order depends on both the current length of my order queue and the size of each order is placed. Because of this, turnaround times can vary and be quite dynamic. If you need your order by a specific date, please send a message before placing your order. I can accommodate almost any deadline within my processing time window as long as I know about it in advance. 

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size of the shipping box. I ship with both UPS and USPS and you can choose your shipping method at checkout. 

Choosing a faster shipping method does not ensure faster processing times. 

I ship to the address given at checkout. The shopping cart should send out emails with tracking information. If the turnaround time window has passed and you haven't received your tracking, please check your spam folders. Feel free to reach out for an update at any time! 

International clients: I adore you! I will always ship to anywhere in the world I can. I'm always so honored that folks around the world support and rock my designs. Unfortunately shipping internationally as a small business can be a bit of a struggle with customs, signatures required, pickup slips not being left, and missing packages. My best advice is to watch your tracking links closely. Be prepared for customs fees before placing your orders. Reach out at any time if you have questions about the tracking or there is any issue with delivery. 

Finally - I ship everything in discreet unbranded packaging.
