Studded Tassel Collar Choker

Elegant, delicate, yet high quality choker collar made in leather, PVC, or vegan leather. Adorned with a handmade swinging tassel charm in front and studded with rivets. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back.

Collar is 0.5" wide.  Tassel is 4" long.
