This choker collar is handmade in thick, high quality translucent pool blue PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware and with layered bondage style o-rings in front.
Collar is 1 inch wide. Rings are 2", 1.5", and 1 inch wide.
